Joanne started her own yoga journey 5 years ago, due to her suffering with pain from a slipped disc and sciatica.After her first month of practicing she was hooked, her lower back pain had virtually disappeared, and an added benefit her anxiety had also calmed, she had been introduced to the mind, body and soul connection that yoga offers.From here her hobby grew into a passion, and during the pandemic, she completed her 200 YTT, adding on her 50 hour Yin yoga. I wanted to shout and share with the world the benefits of yoga. This led me her leaving her 10 year career in Education, to pursue a career in the Wellness Industry, driven to help others to be able to use yoga to help them both physically and mentally.In her yoga sessions she will ensure that as well as feeling the benefits of a physical yoga practice, enjoying increased strength, mobility and flexibility students also tap into their mind souls, fully encompassing your mind, body and soul connection.Using elements of spirituality and Women’s Wellness, you will leave the session feeling like a new women or man, with a body which allows you to take on the world, and a mind which has been rested and reset.I understand how we are programmed to never stop, in both our minds and bodies, and my sessions serve as a reminder that it is ok to take time for yourself to nourish your body and to allow your minds to rest
